Pintsize Bro, I totally support your friend. I feel very strongly that people of [group] should freely use and reclaim slurs against [group]--I can understand an individual member of [group] feeling uncomfortable hearing a slur if it's being reclaimed by another member of [group], and speaking up in those circumstances is legit, but someone outside of [group] scolding a member of [group] for reclaiming a slur is NOT ON.
