boards visible while logged out

Hello,

I just noticed there that I could read the introductory posts in the Welcome subforum (among others) even though my phone had logged me out, has it always been like this? And would it be possible to make them invisible to non-users? I'm not sure exactly what the correct terminology is ^^'

Welcomes are fixed! I still have administrivia and the suggestion box visible. I'll start an admod conversation about what we want to be public. Thanks for the note!
